Has anyone been denied??? If so, is there an appeal process?

So far, I have not seen any individual mentioned they were denied.

Yes, there is an appeals process. If denied, USCIS indicates what that process is. It can be a second interview, or an appeal in court.

I did not get approved on the spot but rather later that night. The officer kept dropping hints through the interview such as "once you get your greencard make sure you go get condition removed from ssn card" so I knew even though she didn't approve on the spot that I was going to get it.

She asked basic questions about how we met how we got married and then she asked individual questions about each other such as out employment and would tick of things on paper as we answered. The interview took place with myself and my wife in same room the interview took about 10 minutes. We brought everything in the checklist they provide but only where asked for our marirge certificate, any recent bank statements since application, explanation on why we have a second property and proof of that property being used as a rental property. She also went through our wedding and honeymoon book but that's after I insisted she looked at it

Sure no problem

122 days from receipt date to case approved

Package assembled myself. Clean record

Package mailed to Chicago

(NBC) National benefit center handling the case

1/20/2017 AOS Package sent

1/23/2017 AOS Package received (also the priority date)

1/26/2017 texts notifying me receipt

2/17/2017 Biometrics

4/21/2017 email notice case interview scheduled

5/23/2017 Interview

5/23/2017 approved

90days from package received to interview date scheduled.

No R.F.E received so far which is a great relief since I rushed everything so that I could get all my paperwork submitted as soon as possible due to trump worries.

I never received a “case is ready for interview” my case status jumped straight from “fingerprint fee received” to “interview is scheduled”

I have had DACA and renewed it 3times it expires in sept2018 which is why I did not do the combo card. I did advanced parole to Mexico in June 2016 due to humanitarian reasons. I arrived in usa when I was 2 years old I have been here for 25 years.

One last thing – all of the applications (DACA,AP,AOS) I did them myself, they are not difficult, if you do not have a criminal record or orders of deportation then you can easily do all the applications without a lawyer.

Oh and this wouldn't have been possible without mr.obama he opened so many doors for not just me. With out him I would probably still be in the shadows working illegally being scared each day. One day I am going to track him down and thank him personally. As they say thanks obama
