You and I were approved on the same day. Did you get your EAD yet? I got mine in the mail today. So do we count the 11 days after being approved excluding weekends right?

Man I am so glad there is just a few more steps in obtaining our DL/ID!

Yeah I went to apply for my social this morning and the guy told me that it usually takes 10 days for DHS to update my information. I guess it's 10 business days since I was approved on the 21st and when I went y information wasn't still updated. The guy told me to call on Friday the earliest to see if it went through and that I can then go and get a printout of my social security number and the actual card would arrive 2 weeks later.

This is for those who failed to acquire a EAD thus not eligible for SSN, but still DACA approved.
Anyone you know w such status?

What a stupid law. If you get approved for DACA you get a work permit as well. What are the chances of getting approved for DACA and not approved for EAD? I would say very very slim. They actually had to pass a law for this? LOL, who is going to benefit from this? 4 or 5 people out of 400k?

Correct. It is only business days, not calendar days.
