Any major changes? Dreamers who did not qualify for DACA would get same treatment as DACA's under this bill?

looks like there is no current age cap for the Dream Act & DACA part of the bill, so original dreamers get the same treatment too.

I know but a Non DACA Dreamers has the same exact path to USC and time right?
