Dream Act/CIR is bound to pass someday so Dreamers can actually use the Red Card until DA/CIR passes.

ROFLLLL that is the most ridiculous thing I've heard in my life. Red Card??? WTF is that all about. This is not a football game. It's real life where people commit suicide because they can't take it anymore unfortunately. Don't let others do the thinking for you man. These clowns are just trying to win an election and then the circus will ensue when they get into power.

You only have one life to live. Imagine living your ENTIRE life as a second class citizen. If given the chance for a work permit with no chance of citizenship or voting I would also refuse. How would you feel your entire life knowing you are one step lower than everyone else?
Remember when blacks were counted as 3/5'th of a person. They didn't say, "Oh, thank you. This is better than nothing". They said, "Fuck you, we want full rights".

Red Card is better then undocumented.

Well, we do have a Green Card. We could also have a Yellow card.

Maybe a path to Green Card from the Red Card. At least Newt wants to legalize the undocumented.

First, second and third class citizen is just a label to me.

A work permit is better then nothing.

Lower in what sense? You could become a successful and a multi-millionaire someday with a work permit.
