I'm sure you'll need to show a birth certificate.

Everyone should have a original birth certificate from their 'home' country where they were born.

the 19 years old age cap is way too narrow. This bill is not going anywhere.

My mother has every single report card I've had from the 6th grade on to High School. Back then they made ink that lasted, but I'm sure you can still contact the school to get an official transcript.

This STARS Act is the biggest piece of trash I've seen in my life. No offense to Daniela or whatever her name is, this thing is never going to make it to the floor let alone pass.

In 10 yrs we will be debating a 45 yr age cap, this is getting quite ridiculous. DA would of passed long time ago, if someone had more guts.. Does anyone remember several bills debated and they had no chances: Dems said we are staying here overnight, we will sleep here, no holiday breaks etc etc all those bills passed.. If they only did this for DA

Im sorry but Durbin has been saying this thing over and over how long, and what he has done in effort of passing the Dream Act. You talk to your leader in power Reid and you tell him we will stay here until we reach a compromise ( you would see how quick Republicans would soften up having a threat of missing their weekend bbq's) POLITICS!

Sometimes i feel most of the people on this forum if they were given a chance to serve in the Senate for 1 week would do more then this bastards do in 6 months

Indeed. This phase surely must be the last in this Dream Act debate and it will define the border CIR debate. Simply put, this is the judgment phase. If Rubio's DA is not debated and voted on before November, and if Obama does not issue EO within 3 months of his second term, consider the Dream Act officially dead because we will know he has no intention of resolving the issue and you can expect nothing from Congress as well since the Democrats will clearly not have a majority.
