Sorry, I meant to quote the article text but is hard to do quickly on my phone...

My point is that the discharge petition did not need to be abandoned in order for this bill to be considered as a bill of Ryan's choosing was one of the four pieces of legislation to receive a vote.

Age-in is not the same as Age-out dreamers. Hope I'm wrong
I think it was just a slip of the tongue. Because if he meant the younger kids who did not apply but were eligible, doesn't that cover them in the "those that did not but were eligible" part of his statement?

if compromise bill covers
1. Legalization of 1.8 million dreamers
2. Border Wall (schumer agreed on it 6 months ago)
3. DV (they agreed except few in Democrat caucus)
4. removal of adult children and siblings from family based (democrats agreed in 2013)

and no Everify or any other poison pill then its the deal we should take it an force democrats to take it.
its trump 4 pillers minus barring the ability to sponsor parents, again a win for us to help our parents.
we should take it before SC intervene and stop DACA renewals.
Yeah, honestly. I think this is a fair deal. If Dems say no to this . . . HOLY FUCK.

Stop separating children and legalize all dreamers outweighs the whole concern over legal immigration cuts and the diversity visa lottery. Fuck schumer.

Or we can prioritize legal immigration and throw ourselves and those children being separated under the bus. Your pick.
No that was never the issue and everyone was on board with it. Trump was given a solution multiple times, the evil mean jerk Democrats gave him more than what his wall budge asked for and he turned it down multiple times. Trump then came and gave us his stupid ass pillars and halted any progress.

I will give the Republicans credit. Voting against this makes the Dems look terrible.

The biggest issue right now is the family separation and this takes care of that. It solves our problem and gives the idiot his wall ALL WITHOUT DRASTIC CUTS TO LEGAL IMMIGRATION.

I know we need to see the details, but I don't understand what else they could want from this.

It’s pathetic ass hell. Congress wants to pass a bill to tell the administrations to stop selling kids to human traffickers

Well, Dems either vote in favor to protect those children, or they don't because of their precious focus on legal immigration.

Or maybe this administration should stop on their own separating kids from their families so our ever busy congress doesn’t waste their time stopping the administration doing things they shouldn’t be doing

Or maybe democrats should stand up and not give money to this administration to fund the private detention centers where these kids sleep at.
