It was 1986 ! Computer wasn't even available at that time. There was no internet. There weren't any database whatsoever. So yeah, there was massive document fraud at that time, but the INS chose to be blissfully ignorant of the document fraud.

If Kennedy were alive (may he RIP). Who the fuck knows what could happen? Can we leave people that have died alone and focus on the living zombies that we're trying to persuade into the Dar..err Dream Act.

OK OK OK people just chill the f down.. lets gather all the pieces to the puzzle here before we come up with the wrong concept. Just relax......lets keep pushing for dream act stand alone....believe in Him.

If Kennedy had been alive, Scott Brown wouldn't have won Massachusetts Senate seat. Dem will have 60 seat super-majority.

Then, yes, the voting outcome will be different. The 60 Dem senators would have united and voted for Dream Act because they are desperate to rally their Hispanics base.

keeping the pressure on our lawmakers is the key.

I have high hope that Dream Act will come up again during the lame duck session. Stay tuned guys.

I dont know why everyone is blaming republicans? Wasnt Reagan a republican? And wasn't Bush who tried to pass CIR a republican? The republicans have done a way better job when it comes to trying to get stuff done, all the dems do is make empty promises and when they need votes they come back to us
