Does someone know when the 9th district court will take up DACA??? Since the supreme court is not going to take the case

Just until 2024 bruh. I am just waiting for my parents to naturalize, so I can bounce off to Australia or Canada. The inability to see my family if I leave now is the main reason why I have not immigrated to another country yet. After they naturalize, they can come visit even if I trigger the 10 year ban.

I just checked my permit I thought I expired in november but I actually expire in august. I need to submit ASAP!!!

I have accepted my fate already. I will continue to live on DACA until further notice. Who knows it may be years.....
I undocumented even though not through my own fault it is a condition that I have to face the consequences for.

The actions of the judge that put the injuction were to throw a lifeline to us. We were in imminent danger. The supreme court is stalling on DACA decisions because they see it as buying us time.

Trump is a loose cannon that's why no one wants to deal with him anymore.
