when can i start calling?

my daca and work permit back in april. my case was received back on february 24th. how much longer do i have to wait before i can start calling and ask to be expedited?

They are allowing me to do a walk-in. The officer that puts you through the metal detector was nice and pleasant. The other one that tells you where to go is an ass.
