Texas and 16 other states sue the program and put to halt as of 08/26/2024. No changes to my application status... it's still being reviewed atm... :(

I am filing PIP with attorney. What she told me is I-130 needs to be filed, PIP, and eventually I-485 (green card) after that citizenship... long process, but better than before.

Yea, I just got renewal status for 765 stating my card in production. The whole process took less than a month. I was in ~120 day mark when I sent in my application. Old renewal date was 03/18/2020...

Yea, 90 days for me now. I sent it yesterday. Hopefully, they renew by priority date.
