Yes, I never received my temporary residence, or permanent.

All I had was the Work Permit on a pending I-485, it was the first interview which resulted in me showing by myself and just withdrawing...

I came in a visitor visa which expired.

I have read that once the Marriage immigration process is withdraw, your work permit and everything becomes invalid and you are back to your illegal status.

I don't oppose to the DA at all, I would love the Dream act to pass over anything.
