Without the 10 year ban or other reprocussions, I don't know about their penalty for being over there illegally, but if you apply online to the job from within the US it shouldn't be a problem?

I already took the test :(
It was way more in depth as far as legal status also, otherwise I would have done the same... I believe it even asked for Alien number or something.... I didn't have...

If testing OUTSIDE your country of citizenship, YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR PASSPORT as your primary ID document.
