SF Office in CA and I self-filed. Didn't submit the 765 since I was still DACA approved and I was a visa overstay who petitioned through my spouse.


Priority date: March 5th, 2017

My USCIS status finally changed to "case approved" for both the 485 and 130. Thank you so much for all the guidance on this thread!!

Finally had the GC interview today at the SF office. Whole process took about 10 months since application was submitted in March of 2017.

Interview went okay and the questions were definitely...

Finally received my notice of interview. SF office for 01/29/18. I'm in the 10-11 month range, with a priority date from 03/02/17.

I'm still quiet too.
March 2nd priority date.
April 5th bio appointment.

Its Dec 11th I'm still at case ready to be scheduled for an interview. I think the holidays set me back a bit since SF...

Nice!! Glad to hear the SF office is actually processing and good luck on your interview. I have a better idea now of what to expect now as a person with a March 2017 priority date.

I didn't apply AOS EAD. My DACA EAD is still valid until October 2018. Didn't want to hold multiple EAD and was thinking it would save USCIS time.

Oh yea, I am 1 month off. So, 6 months since PD and 5 months since "ready to schedule." And yea, I will hold tight, seeing as all this DACA news is full of covfefe.

Oh wow, that's worrying me now. My PD is 6 weeks after yours and my "ready to be scheduled" is 4 weeks after yours. I'll be keeping an eye on your updates now too since I'm SF service center as well.

I'm curious now, how does he even adjust status? Can't get a Korean passport until he fulfills military duty, but can't fly to Korea unless he has a passport. How does the Korean consulate expect him...

My guess is "received date" and PD is "priority date".

State is CA. Field office will be San Francisco, CA. Service center is NBC? or whichever uses the MSC code.

Processing time per USCIS website states that its still working on cases since May...
