I only sat down with my investigator in March of this year exactly one year after I signed, took a couple of months for OPM to wrap up the investigation, finally had my CI in October.

8/11 packet sent to USCIS Harrisonburg Storage Center for processing
8/18 Biometrics letter in the mail, appointment for the 31st
