i-821D - Closed - DACA Approval letter ready to print
I-765 - In Progress - "USCIS has accepted your application, petition, or request for processing."

Officially able to print a DACA approved letter from USCIS. No work permit yet, but it does say "approved" just still "in progress".

DACA is now "Closed" status.

Case Accepted: 03/18/16
Biometrics Completed: 04/06/16
Daca Expiration: 08/17/16

No updates since March on my case.

That's incorrect. My status is currently terminated and I have never applied for MAVNI.

Well I'm glad(?) to see this is showing up for more than just me. I was right at 150 days last week so I sent in my renewal, received my notices of receipt on Friday.

Today I checked my statuses...

Since a few people asked, new EAD has an August expiration date. 2016.

So we "lose" a month.

My i765 has just moved into Card/Document production!



821D is still at Initial Review, but i765 looks approved!!!!!!

The title is very misleading. The judge blocked one argument against the governor's decision, not the entire suit. The hearing is still scheduled for next month.
