I got approved on 10/10/2012 and it said the card went into production on 10/10/2012 as well. Then the mail was picked up by USCIS on 10/12/2012 and I got the card in mail on 10/15/2012. 10/13-10/14...

To check the status of your biometrics with FBI, you need the A#
You can also call USCIS and ask them if they received your biometrics information :)
