So I understand AP Travel can be for humanitarian reasons, and I'm curious if my great grandma would fall under this bracket? She is ill and I would like to see her. Any input thanks!

Yes, Anything over 10k IN Cash has to be reported, Go to a maheim auction, you will save a lot of money and get a very good car, a dealer will always add things.

Thanks Everyone My father died happy knowing I had my card on hand, I totally forgot that today was Washington's birthday meaning the SSA office was closed ;( im lost in the days.
