I read on a Facebook post that a girl went to the DMV and explained her situation and she got the AB60 license without any problem... and also was told to come back as soon as she gets her work...

1. class of Admission: how you entered... then you should put B2 Visitor (check your VISA class)

So... my gf returned to the USA from Argentina using AP on April 28...(she departed from LAX on April 4)
In Argentina it took about 15min* to check her AP document and get her boarding pass... ...

she sent her package on feb 28.. received by uscis march 5... requested to be expedited march 24, and approved march 26.... she requested AP for 23 days but we are waiting for it to arrive and see if...

well my gf is going to Argentina... her mom is having an eye surgery... she wanted to fly this saturday but she has to wait until the document arrives, so probably next week because the surgery is on...
