Anyone have their case approved AND REQUEST THEIR FINAL ORDER OF REMOVAL TO BE TERMINATED? Or has anyone spoke with a lawyer about this yet?

Still no news here. called at my 90day mark and they said it will likely be between 4 and 6 month of the date the application was received. Also email them and got a response that my application is...

My 90 day mark has passed, called USCIS on Monday to have them look into it and the response I got was "you should receive a response within 4 to 6 months of the receipt date". Just some generic BS.

I emailed USCIS on 11/4/2012 but haven't received a response. How long did it take you to receive a response after you emailed them?

I'll be at 90 days from their receipt date on Friday (they received the app on 8/16/2012). Being worked by Nebraska Service Center. Biometrics completed on 9/13/2012. They are going to have to review...

No, there was no frivolous finding. The asylum case was just denied.

About 80 days since application sent - On 11/13 it will be 60 days from the date biometrics were taken.

Approval Date - ??? Still in initial review. I have heard nothing.

Anyone else with biometrics dates this long ago...
