I've done my bio on 09/17 and still initial review.
Few days ago, I got email from them for response of email that I sent 2 weeks ago for I821D inquiries.
It said, "at this time the case is assigned to an officer. Although assigned, we cannot predict the date the case may actually receive review."
Does this mean my case is not even started for review?
However, when I aksed for e service request for I765 on the phone, they sent me email that it's under reveiw.
Is there any who received that kind of email??
