Agreed! And on top of that H1B is issued with caps so it's kind of like a lottery. If you didn't get pick then it's a tough luck then you are out!

Remember that H1B is a lottery. Thr government can only issue certain numbers per year and if you don't get pick that means you are out. Wish daca recipient doesn't need to go thru lottery system and...

How does this work? Is this company sponsored? Does this mean we need to tell to our company we need H1b sponsorship? As far as I know the regular working visa holder can only work on 1 company and...

So im going thru the questionnaire for Chase preloan approval. The questionnaire specifically ask are you a US citizen and if you click it will prompt to next question if you are a permanent resident...

Did they ask for citizenship status? Can we just say we have working permit renewable indefinitely without mentioning DACA? Otherwise im gonna transfer all my money and open an account through Wells...

Does it matter when does your EAD expires? Im up for renewal and my EAD expires in 5.5months. Also did you tell them you are on DACA or you just mentioned you want to obtain a mortgage? Did they ask...
