Oh wow i remember the first time took me like a day after the Application was sent for me to get the letters in the mail but we will see what happens! Let's keep in touch

Started at Vermont sent application Oct. 9th.. Bios Nov.2nd... Transferred to Nebraska Feb.20th.. RFE March. 21st... Sent back RFE April.3rd... Still waiting ...

Wait so you're supposed to send the RFE by yourself? Because my lawyer got it and I had to mail him my evidence and after he got it he was the one who sent it to USCIS

Can anybody tell me why my case hasn't been updated since I got an RFE? No update saying they have gotten it or anything... And it's been 3months already. Should I be worried ?
