my husbands was also transfered to a "local office" ...its at texas now...very local since were in california -_- go figure

my brother in law just got approved.. for evidence he literaly send in a page for each yr i thought he would get an rfe lol..he send in his app jan 28 and did his bio mid feb..his went super fast!!!...

no weve spent the last few months checking this daca process that we havent looking into the petition requirements, fees ect...do you file then apply for the waiver? i wonder if it would be faster...

thats exactly what my husband said.. weve been married for 3 together for 7 and have 2 kids..now he wishes he would of waited and not filled out the daca since in march we plan on applying for a...

.........waiting for receipts and bio...

i just send my husbands on the 17th they received it on the 20th got the txt/email on the 26th waiting for the receipts and bio in the mail.
