So I received an answer to one of my service requests, apparently my I-821D case hasn't been assigned to any officer yet, which is why they can't approve the EAD since that needs to be approved...

Went into the USCIS Office, and filed a Service Request online as well, still nothing. Expiring on the 22nd, so I'll probably go into the USCIS office again and see if I can get anything done.

Dreamerperson, I haven't dealt with the loan in quite some time, but I see no reason why you would be denied, especially for such a relatively small loan.

My app was received there on August 24th, I did biometrics on September 19th, and I was approved on October 23rd. Good luck guys!
