there has to be reasons for them to deny it or revoke it. They can't just look at you and say "hey i kinda don't like you, and i won't let you in anymore"

thanks for the help. actually my grandpa is in intensive care; he can't speak neither..... he wanted to speak with me before he went into intensive care.

i have called immigration several times and told them my case (without lies ) and they all tell the same thing: that it is safe as long as i get my I-131 approved

i went to my local immigration...

thanks for the link. i have been investigating a lot. and i consulted it with my lawyer too. He told me that as long as my I-131 gets approved i can come back.

i was wondering if we could travel . my grandpa is very sick and we are just waiting for him to pass.

i live in florida too. you have to check your college proof of residency requirements. Every college is different and they might ask or accept different proofs
my college accepted out leasing...
