I got assaulted getting out of the metro rail and landed in a hospital, a month later my parents got me a car and I learned how to drive. Horrible experience.

I think it depends on the dmv office and the way they were trained. I'm not upset though, get to take another pict again in 2 years!

My brother in law just got his permit and went to the Bell Gardens DMV, Ill post it up as soon as he receives the actual card.
