This is why many folks do Advance Parole; to clear one’s illegal entry and be admitted. Once admitted you can AOS if married to USC.

Dude! Yes! Nevada is Blue. Clark county is where the population is. We are only like 84 % reported. Once a state legalizes weed the state goes blue. However, we have other amenities.

It doesn’t make sense. You have millions of undocumented people who do file taxes with ITINs. Not only that, but they work in service industries. In my opinion, you file taxes you get the money.
