From what I’ve read, the USCIS is not funded by the govt. funds affected by the shutdown... it is funded by the fees collected from the applicants... “fee-funded” I believe it’s called... the delay...

Read that thread buddy. Again, can’t undo something in the past. If you didn’t apply for DACA renewal before October 5, 2017, you can no longer apply/renew.
