well I think I do tho becuase I dnt have the approval letter jus the reciept ..When I check online it says it was approved on Jan 31st 1995 ..And well I thought it would be alot of hassle if I do it...

Ive always been told by my family that I was approved and that my mom jus never followed trough but Jus 4 yrs ago she found the reciept where my case # is on .I needed that paper in order to seek...
