First time applicant thats been fighting my first approval now for 2 years. Im on my second i821d application and on dec. 23rd 1 year with no response or even an RFE. I guess it doesnt really matter...

They are 1 month and 5 days over due and I haven't heard anything back. I'm hoping that any day now I can get a response from them wether it's a denial or approval. No reason for a denial though....

I myself had an extensive juvenile record that lasted 5 years from 13 years to 18. I was a 602 ward of the California Juvenile Judicial System at 15 years old and had tons of probation violations...
