Came to USA before 16 left and came back after 16..READ THIS

I want to share my story because I k ow there must be hundreds of people outthere thinking they dont qualify for DACA because their last entry to USA was after turning 16

This was my case I "came"...

Yeah,

The rfe i got stated that based on their records i came before 16 and then left for something and came after 16
They want me to send more evidence proving i established residency before...

Got an email today and they sent me an RFE
5 months and 27 days of wait

Will post on tuesday what they want once i receive the letter

If he has a final order of deportation he can not use AP tonleave the country.
He must either administratively close or terminate his deportation case before.

To do this he has to have a path to...

Congratulations! It's nice to see first time daca approvals

Could you share a bit more on your application
Did you applied with a lawyer?
Did you have any criminal record?

Because USCIS started giving 3year EAD as part of the DACA/DAPA expansion and a Federal Jugde stopped it from coming into effect on02/16/2015

The only people that had to return their EAD were the ones who were approved after 2/16/2015 and got a 3 year EAD

Everyboday that got approved before this date and got this 3 year EAD good for you...

Contact an immigration attorney. The first thing they would do is called with your Alien number and find out your status.

Its good news it means an adjudication official is handling your case.
I've that many people first get this name update notice and shortly after get approved.

Here to report on today's event

Had my biometrics taken today and process was smooth

Got there 1hr before my appointment time and was done within 45min

Now the wait game starts.
