It doesn't hurt to ask them for assistance. In my experience, Ombudsman's office was the most proactive with my case.

Yes, it took six days for any updates to show for I-765 approval, and my EAD approval date is the same as my DACA.

Just got an update on USCIS website that card was picked up by Post Office yesterday with a tracking number scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Finally in the home stretch!
