Yeah, i got my EAD approved and have the card in hand but I got an RFE for my I-131... I had my lawyer do everything so we are super confused what the RFE could be? any ideas? Also I talked to a tier...

They told me that 5 days before I got approved. I think it's just a way to get you off the phone but I'm just guessing....

Here is a question for y'all... So as you know I got approved on sept 8th...

I'm a chemical engineer and travel 95 percent of the year all over the world. I got an AP document for multiple entry for 1 year. It turned out I used it 10 times in that year but could have used it...

I left on advance parole for a total of 10 times. I was able to get a multiple entry for 1 year travel doc. Uscis just approved me today they took 151 days

I know, maybe uscis is trolling on DAP so once they saw i was unemployed they were happy and decided to approve me hahah

So I checked today at like 8 am no approval, 9 am no approval, 10 am no approval then around 11 i checked and I was approved. I contacted ILRC this morning so I doubt that could have done anything...

Your case was raised again today. Unfortunately, we don’t have any updates.

Have you already emailed the Nebraska Service Center? I suggest contacting USCIS...

probably but they understand what it's like to be in this position so I'm sure theyre doing everything they can. I just wish I knew what is being done when they say "flag"

thats the thing all of us are expiring but to USCIS all the apps are within current processing times.. which is the biggest BS in the world. praying for everyone
