should not be the problem however at this moment I would avoid all unnecessary trips until things gets settled. just don't give them a chance or take any risk if its not required. :)

I dont think theres going to be any solution for DACA until or unless they kill DACA which does not sound like it will be killed. So applying for AP via DACA is just waste of time of USCIS. I think...

I think right now Nebraska is the only one handling hardcopy files as well as online applications. so thats why its taking longer for them to approve.

I always follow their guide lines and send usually around 120+ days and always get approved between 32 days to 80 days. I know I lost so much time but saves me big time from loosing job and headache....
