This is the norm now. My lawyer even told me that it's what he's done for the majority of cases that need ROC. Force USCIS to do them simultaneously. It's ridiculously backed up right now.

You might want to clarify it with them. Especially considering the new memo. But since it starts in Sept, you should be ok. I didn't send any photos or supplimentary evidence other than our ID...

DACA doesn't overide anything. Just gives you a sort of pass while it's valid. Why do you think there are people that had DACA and AP but were denied entry because of old orders.

There is no way that there can be that many that have their green cards in hand from applying in Feb 2018. Either they were lucky or they meant Feb 2017. You can't even get your EAD from an AOS...
