It is taking longer, mine was received & accepted in January 30th, did my Bio middle of Feb and is still processing in California Service Center.

Similar Case but it was for my Grandpa. Asked my Grandpa to get a doctors note with his health issues and had that translated. Was approved shortly after sending it in.

Similar issue I had. Along with the birth certificate and your parent's birth certificate showing how you are related, you would need a doctors note. If it's not in english, you would need it...
