So, it took about 2 months since he arrived on April 4th and received it on June 3rd. We paid the fee before he entered the US.

He ended up going through Atlanta because it was convenient and cheaper..They only asked him 2 questions. How long we’ve been married and our address. They didn’t even bother to ask for the waiver...
