^Technically yes but it wouldn't help you much unless you have 245i since you would have to leave the country to adjust (once your visa number becomes current, of course) and then, WHAMMO, you would be hit with the 10 year ban as soon as you step foot outside of the US.

why dont we just move to New Mexico they give you a DL or ID is you dont have a SSN
you can apply for either of these if you have an ITIN #
