In User CP you will be able to choose which theme is used in the forum.
I will modify the current slightly. The one I posted will be default. Thats a total of two. I can add more later, but its not a priority. I just want the theme to be consistent across the whole website.

I was doing that one during my spare time when I was still in college. I'm glad you like it.

Right now we are focusing on a few other projects, but I am keeping redesign in mind for the future. Changing the colors and such is actually quite straightforward, at least on the forum.

Tell you what, I'll continue working on it while I'm at work on Sundays, since I cant seem to get anything more serious done there anyway.

I like the current the color. It's calm and relaxed.
The red one is cool, too.

Why not to go with a premade template?

vbskins.com
forummonkeys.com
vbskinworks.com
transversestyles.com
extremepixels.com
exaltic.com

Im pretty sure you already know these sites but just in case...

I think it would surely be a much wiser solution, since I didn't really have time to work on this anyway.

In any case, I don't think the way the forum looks, the logo, etc. is really at the height of our problems. Aesthetics are surely not the thing that is keeping us down. We are still using the "stock" theme for both the forum and the front page and see it staying that way for a while.
