How can you honestly even think that the president has any power other than saying *hey congress, lets start writing laws* and signing bills into laws and ask the gov. to pass CIR wherein you would receive papers...for god's sake, this is basic constitutional law! It's like blaming Obama, Pelosi, and Reid for whatever court ruling Chief Justice Roberts presides over. Because congress can't get their sh*t together its easier for all of you to just point the finger and blame it all on Obama.

We're asking the gov to proceed with CIR before the midterms-I guarantee we'd get zero Republican support and lets face it we need at least one of them to vote-and that's if every Democrat in the senate votes on a party line. If by some chance they do push CIR and a DREAM Act-style provision prior to the midterm election and it completely tanks, what then??? Are you still going to blame Obama? The cynicism you people display is not at all different from those on the far right; tea baggers, Faux News, Limbaugh, Beck...and quite frankly it's stupid and sickening.

Now don't get me wrong, I've been having my chain pulled since middle school when the first version of the DREAM Act was introduced-I understand the desperation and the emotional roller coaster all to well, however there is no excuse for the lack of decorum, not at all.
