More proof the administration lies about "no more tough" legislation". This is what I just found:

Sen.Reid sets up showdown next week on campaign finance
http://thehill.com/homenews/senate/1...mpaign-finance

Reid to Senate Dems: Climate change bill will wait until Autumn
http://thehill.com/blogs/e2-wire/677...climate-action

I do believe Biden when he says Obama has pursued his priorities for the year - immigration being NOT one of them for him. Stop covering for anti-immigrant Democrats. I find it funny that for financial reform, which has far more reaching consequences for daily life for Americans than legalization of the immigrants already here, they could find 60 votes. They have 60 votes for Dream and AgJobs.

You know.... I like Biden, but he is notorious for his gaffes.......
He knows it. Obama knows it. Everyone knows it.

So, unless he really talks about specific policies, you should take his word with a grain of salt.

All we can do now is send Sen. Reid letters, call him and tell him to bring the DREAM up for a vote. He said if CIR advocates tell him that CIR is dead for this year he'll go with DREAM. Now we have to email Immigration Reform for America, America's Voice, La Raza and any other advocacy groups you know or find to tell Reid to go for DREAM. Now more than ever call your legislators, collect signatures WITH ZIP CODES to go with them, otherwise they are no good. Go to the NetRoots website and facebook page and any other website that has something on moving the DREAM this year and flood it with questions and reasons about why he needs to move on DREAM before the Nov. elections. Email Rachel Maddow and Keith Olbermann and CNN about this, about the mobilization and the students who historically staged sit-ins in D.C.. Find and sign all the petitions possible and spread the word. There are a lot of people who support us, not CIR, and it was shown in Washington D.C., on the way up there and on the way back. Come on guys this is our time we CAN/HAVE TO get this done!!!

I'm pretty sure that Reid has seen everything that has happened in DC and all the sit-ins. I honestly don't know what else he wants to see. We have done more than previous years yet we arent getting anywhere.
