I'm not 18 yet, but will the moment I do. And yes, the "good moral character", for immigrants, is determined by your criminal history and if you registered for the Selective Services.

Why not now? I hope its not because you are worried you will be drafted...As a person living in the USA you should be consciously aware that, if needed, you could be called upon to defend our nation incase of war.

I registered when I was 18. I wish there was a quick and easy way to receive a re-issued copy of that card, I misplaced mine through the years.
