Long time lurker here. Looks like I'll be left out under this latest version of the bill as well. Have two Bachelor's degrees, a Master's, maintained 4.0 gpa throughout, but none of that matters. What matters is that I turned 30 earlier this year, and apparently that is too old. Been waiting many years for this bill to pass, and now it looks like it may pass without me, if it passes at all.

Well if they pass it with the age cap, you still have some options. There will still be the marriage option, (for love of course). Also you have all your degree's, so there's a good chance you can live decently back in your originally country or you could try applying for jobs in other developed countries.

I'm curious...if is there an option for highly educated people that they could potentially qualify as a special circumstance if they become well renowned in their field of study, specifically those with a Ph.D. in something, apart from applying with the DREAM Act?
