It's not as easy as you think. There's gonna be alot of paperwork + fees + interviews involved .. It's a big hassle but again the end result is way worth it. The process is faster but it's no shortcut!

By your logic anyone could say that you still choose to remain in the US without proper documentation because you want to benefit from an act that will grant you just that. Given your personal situation you might think it's justified being here, but so do the people who commit marriage fraud. You really aren't any different if you get caught, the only difference is the degree of the offense you committed.

Lets say a guy is a USC and he brings over a girl from another country who has never ever been to USA gets her GC right away. Why should she get a GC?

There is nothing wrong with getting GC and become USC by marriage. If they come here as tourists and have skill to marry someone within 90 days( or however long they are allowed to stay), I would say such person is very lucky or skilled. Lucky because chance of marrying someone in a few month is very slim. And skilled because you really need good skill in dating but also the different culture issues.

As DA pass 10 year mark soon, I am definitely now considering it. I have been just studying most classes possible with good grades and also work my ass off for rent, utility, and tuitions, thus no time to really date. But I guess I need to chill out and make more options by taking less classes(while maintaining full time student status) and socialize more.

However I am very against those fraud marriages. Like paper fraud marriages but two don't live together and thus fake marriages. And these frauds make all immigrants look bad.

Of course this issue can becomes grey, not black and white when it comes to purpose of soley GC and citizenship. For example, if you make fake love and persuaude spouse that they are not ready to make babies for several years, being nice just for a few years and once you get your green card or citizenship, you just leave or do something bad to facilitate divorce. Then it would be very immoral and create more and stronger anti-immigrant community by your selfish reason. But then recently, when I see how the US sucking us dry as well from opportunities out there, having come here when we were minor, I don't think it is too immoral and too selfish as well. I think really selfish ones are the GOPs doing their best to block our progress so that they have pride over controlling our lives.
