I'm confused, on C-SPAN they are currently voting on the 2nd of 4 House Resolutions...the last two are not DREAM Act.

Yes, all 4 of those resolutions have been discussed earlier. DREAM Act is yet to be brought up. Might possibly be brought up after all these H.R's get voted on.
