Had I done this back in 2007, I would have had a valid dl years ago. For me, having a license could be the deciding factor on wether I'm caught and deported because I drive with my foreign license but it is not sufficient. If the dream act fails this year----I can't see myself scrambling around to get to wherever it is halfway around the globe to get some type of valid identification or sit back dreaming till the two states left closes their doors to us.
