Anyways I want to get married in my country what do you guys think I should do, do you think it will be easier if I go back over there and start documentation there or will I still get the 10 yr ban. Marrying here wont do any good. I have been married for 8 years. Marrying her back in your country is the best bet and then have her petetion for you.

Also. GL with the marriage, your girlfriend is an angel and I hope to find one and help me someday. I'm a visa overstay, but I don't want a sham marriage.
