They only take people from former Spanish colonies, but... here is the shit about it, you have to be a resident of Spain in order for you to be able to join. You have about the same chances of getting in the Spanish legion as joining the American military.
Also, they are known to discriminate a lot, they will not take you in if you don't look like you are from Spanish Ancestry, so, if you look like a guy that is from Oaxaca... your chances are none to jack shit.

Well unemployment in Spain is around 30%, the only people who are allowed to immigrate there right now are the ones who have big pockets already. Easier than getting US tourist visa? That is complete bullshit, a quick search in the consulate website or any other website that has anything related to moving to Europe will tell us that is not that easy.

Seriously? If you can get a permanent residency card that easy we would see a lot of immigration there, instead you see a lot of illegal immigration.
