Two things...Executive Order is not going to end our problems. Isn't it all about just halting deportations? We won't all of a sudden be eligible for drivers licenses, jobs, health care etc will we? Secondly, Obama has made it clear for the millionth time that he ain't got the balls to issue EO. If he does issue EO, its going to be at the end of his presidency IF Dream Act hasn't passed till that time.

That's what everyone is hoping he will do if DA can't pass through either, Senate or House. Also this issue can be brought to the Supreme Court with enough support from the public.
