For serious now, DA's best chance at passing is in the middle of a dem controlled presidency. Either 2014 or 2018. When have reps ever compromised or bargained?

Dems control the Senate and we have Dem President. It will pass because of the E-Verify bill and also Reps are losing badly right now. They are desperate right now.

GOP's will have to pass DA/CIR for them to have any shot at Romney winning.
